On Tuesday, February 13, 2018, The Joshua Stukes Foundation Inc. (TJSF) was incredibly excited about the opportunity to honor Posthumous Chief Officer Joshua DeWitt Stukes' legacy with the distribution of 2 educational scholarships to sworn members of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department; Chief Michael Winfrey and Firefighter Thomas Kalinowski.

 

They are the first to receive the annual “Soaring to Greater Heights Scholarship." TJSF would like to thank our partner RTF for your annual sponsorship for deserving Firefighters in pursuit of higher education in the field of Fire Science.
